Commerce Spine is a product of SellerPlex LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. This policy covers two things:
One important boundary: the Amazon business data we sync into a customer's warehouse ("Customer Warehouse Data") is processed on that customer's behalf and on their instructions. It is governed by our Data Processing Addendum (https://www.commercespine.com/dpa/), not by this policy, except where this policy says otherwise. The service itself is governed by our Terms of Service (https://www.commercespine.com/terms/).
Commerce Spine is a business product. We do not target consumers, and customers must be businesses.
Things we do not do: we do not sell your personal data or Customer Warehouse Data, we do not use customer data for SellerPlex's agency clients, and we do not train AI models on Customer Warehouse Data. Your AI prompts and responses never pass through us at all; they flow directly between your machine and your model provider.
Only service providers who help us run Commerce Spine, under contracts that limit what they can do with the data:
The product-side subprocessor list, with a change notification process, is in Annex B of the DPA. Beyond service providers, we would disclose data only if the law requires it (we will notify you where legally permitted), or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data until changed per Section 9.
commercespine.com uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It loads no advertising tools. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are counted without analytics cookies; elsewhere Google Analytics sets its standard cookies. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. The customer console uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails (every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link). If you are in a region with specific privacy laws, such as the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including data portability and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We honor requests regardless of region where we reasonably can.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires (and otherwise within 30 days).
If your personal data appears inside another customer's warehouse data, that customer controls it; we will refer your request to them per the DPA.
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Commerce Spine is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the product and law evolve. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email and update the date at the top before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means the updated policy applies.
